Black eyed Susan is a beautiful semi abstract painting inspired by the flowers in my garden. I was a professional gardener for twenty years and it’s inevitable that flowers will find their way into my work, even if it wasn’t planned! I love the softly blended blues and complementary purple with the yellow flower. 37×37 cm on board framed in a simple but classic oak float frame.
